Pina Colada
You will need 1 1/4 shot white rum, pineapple juice and coconut cream. Mix all ingredients together with ice and then finally serve with a chunk of pineapple on the rim in a large glass. For lasting touches add a cherry, a cocktail umbrella and then two straws.

Long Island Ice Tea
You will need half a shot vodka, half a shot white rum, half a shot triple sec, half a shot gin.,3 counts of sweet & sour mix, 3 counts of cola. Start by filling a long glass with a three quarters of ice. Add rum, vodka, gin, sweet and sour mix and vodka into a shaker tin. Lastly shake and pour into glass then add cola.

Margarita
Required for this cocktail are 4 -6 cubes of Ice, 1 measure triple sec, 2 measures lime juice and 3 measures of white tequila. Begin by running the lemon wedge along rim of cocktail glass then dip rim in salt. Add ice and lime juice, triple sec and tequila juice to the cocktail shaker. Shake well then pour into cocktail glass and serve with lime slice.

Daiquiri
You will need 2 parts of lemon juice, 4 white rum parts, and 1 part grenadine. Begin by mixing the lemon juice with grenadine and white rum. Then finally pour into glass with the serving fruit of our own choice.

Kamikaze
Required for this drink are a splash of sour mix, three quarters shot of triple sec, 1 shot of vodka and a hint of lime juice. Shake all ingredients together with ice then pour into cocktail glass, serve chilled.

Black Russian
You will need 1 shot of Tia maria, cola and 1 shot of Vodka. Mix vodka with ice and Tia maria then top with cola until desired taste.
